User Agreement
Welcome to LIXPA. This User Agreement describes how you may use our creative app. By installing or continuing to use LIXPA, you agree to follow the rules in this document together with our Privacy Policy and, if you subscribe, our Subscription Agreement.
You do not need a LIXPA account, username, or password to use the app.
LIXPA is designed to work on your device without a registration step. You can open the app, pick a photo from your camera or library, choose a style, and generate results without signing in to LIXPA. There is no LIXPA social profile and no friend list inside the product.
Your works, coins, and settings are tied to this installation on your device. If you use a new device, you can use Restore on the Membership screen to bring back an active plan where supported, but LIXPA still does not ask you to create a separate login name.
LIXPA helps you turn photos into styled still images and short motion previews using creative AI tools built by our team. Results are artistic interpretations. They are not official ID photos, medical images, or guaranteed accurate copies of real-world scenes.
LIXPA does not rely on third-party AI services for its generation features.
Photo and video effects are produced through LIXPA’s in-house AI technology.
Online generation needs an internet connection when you start a render. The app shows coin cost before you confirm so you can decide whether to continue.
We do not plug in external AI platforms to run your renders.
We do not hand your images to outside model providers for styling or motion effects.
The models, presets, and processing flow you see in the app are part of the LIXPA product developed by the LIXPA team. Your selected photo is used only to complete the creative output you request.
LIXPA does not collect facial recognition data from you.
LIXPA does not collect facial features, face geometry maps, or biometric templates.
We do not run face identification, face clustering, or who-is-this-person features.
We do not maintain a database of faces seen in user photos.
We do not collect face or facial information for login, advertising, or tracking you across apps.
You may upload portraits that contain a face because that is normal for creative photography. Processing is for style and effects only. We do not treat your face as a biometric key to recognize you later.
You should only use photos you own or have permission to edit. Do not use LIXPA to create or spread harmful, harassing, or non-consensual content. You are responsible for how you save, share, or publish outputs from your device.
Sharing uses the share options available on your device. LIXPA does not post on your behalf to external networks.
Coins are in-app credits. Each cloud render costs coins as shown on the Create screen before you confirm.
Coin packs and memberships are sold through in-app purchase. Prices appear on the checkout screen before you pay.
Membership may include bonus coins at purchase or renewal. Membership does not automatically make every render free unless the app clearly shows otherwise at purchase time.
If a generation fails after coins were spent, the app refunds those coins according to the in-app rules for failed jobs.
You can manage or cancel a membership through the subscription management area linked from the Membership screen inside LIXPA, or through your device account subscription list where available.
You keep rights to source photos you supply. You may use outputs you generate for personal or commercial projects where your source material and permissions allow it.
LIXPA app design, templates, prompts, and software remain the property of LIXPA and its partners. Do not copy or resell the app package itself.
AI output quality depends on your source image, preset, and network conditions. We do not promise one fixed look every time. Failed jobs follow the refund behavior described in the app.
We work to keep LIXPA stable and enjoyable. Temporary downtime, maintenance, or network issues can affect cloud renders. Local items already saved in Works remain on your device when possible.
You may stop using LIXPA at any time by removing the app from your device. We may limit access if you misuse the service in a serious way, such as attempting to break security or abuse cloud capacity.
