Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LIXPA handles information when you use our creative app. LIXPA is built for personal work on your own device. You can use the core experience without creating an account, without signing in, and without giving us your email address just to open the app.
LIXPA does not offer a username-and-password login inside the app. You are not asked to register a LIXPA profile to pick photos, choose styles, generate results, or save works to your local gallery. Your coin balance, membership status, preferences, and saved creations stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
If you buy coins or a membership, payment is handled by the secure checkout linked to your device account. We receive only the product and transaction details needed to credit your in-app balance or activate membership on this installation. We do not receive your payment password.
LIXPA does not collect facial recognition data.
LIXPA does not collect face templates, face prints, or any biometric identifier derived from your face.
We do not build a face database, face gallery, or searchable index of faces from your photos.
We do not perform facial recognition, face matching, or identity verification based on your face.
We do not sell, rent, or trade face data or biometric data.
When you use AI styles, your photo may show a face because it is a normal portrait. The app treats that image as a whole picture for artistic processing only. Any face-like detail in an output is a visual effect of the style, not a stored biometric record about you.
We do not use your photos to train a public face model or a face-matching system.
We do not extract or store facial features from your pictures for identification purposes.
By default, the following remain in local storage on your phone or tablet:
We do not operate a LIXPA cloud album that automatically uploads your entire photo library.
You decide when to allow access:
We only access images you explicitly select or capture for a render. You can turn permissions off anytime in your device permission settings. We do not scan your library in the background for faces or people tags.
LIXPA does not connect your photos to third-party AI platforms or external model vendors.
All image and video generation features in this app are powered by AI technology developed and operated by the LIXPA team.
When you confirm a render, the picture you selected and the style settings you chose are processed only through LIXPA’s own AI pipeline to produce that result. Processing is limited to that job and is not used to build a permanent profile about you.
We do not send your photos to create facial recognition profiles.
We do not use outside services to extract or store facial features for identity purposes.
After the job completes, your finished work is stored locally in Works unless you delete it. We do not keep a copy of your source photo on our servers as part of the standard product flow described here.
Coin packs and memberships are sold through in-app purchase. The payment partner handles checkout. We receive product identifiers and transaction references so we can add coins or show membership on your device. We do not store your full payment card number inside LIXPA.
When you tap Share or Save, you choose where the file goes using options on your device. LIXPA does not post to social networks for you. We do not automatically upload your creations to a LIXPA social feed.
LIXPA is intended for a general audience and is not designed as a child-directed service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a LIXPA login, because no LIXPA login exists.
You can delete items in Works, clear temporary cache in LIXPA Settings, or remove the app from your device to delete local LIXPA data. You can stop cloud processing simply by not starting a new render.
